Theresa is originally from upstate New York but has been a Florida resident for over 35 years. She’s a mother of two and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She started with the agency in 2006 in Personal Lines and became a licensed agent in 2011. Theresa is responsible for processing client service matters including cancellations, endorsements and billing issues.
