Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts. The Account Manager will generally work without a producer but may work with one or more producers in our commercial lines department. Day to day servicing would include answering routine coverage questions, ordering and processing endorsements, policy checking, audit checking and processing, invoicing, cross selling existing clients, issuing certificates of insurance as well as marketing renewals and new business. It is required to have a 2-20 insurance license and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts. The Account Manager will generally work without a producer. This position requires the ability to work autonomously in performing duties requiring extensive knowledge and understanding of the insurance field. Day to day servicing would include answering routine coverage questions, ordering and processing endorsements, policy checking, invoicing, cross selling existing clients, issuing proof of insurance as well as marketing renewals and new business. It is required to have a 2-20 insurance license and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Service Account Manager Assistant

The Service Account Manager Assistant will work closely with the Account Managers and Producers to service new and existing accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards. Daily tasks include handling clients request for information, endorsements, cancellations, issuance of binders, automobile identification cards and other service related tasks. It is required to have a 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license or a commitment to obtain the license within 90 days of employment. Candidates having prior experience working in an administrative, customer service or insurance role are encouraged to apply.

Commercial Lines Producer

The Producers primary responsibilities is to sell and renew Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance to businesses in our community. New sales are the focus of the position. Candidates must be self-motivated, persistent in their desire to succeed, have strong interpersonal skills, be driven for success with strong sales aptitude, have the ability to work independently, be a team player and be self-managing. It is required to have a 2-20 insurance license or a commitment to obtain the license within 90 days of employment. Prior sales experience a plus.

Personal Lines Producer

The Producers primary responsibilities is to refer and sell Personal Insurance in our community – homeowners, automobile, umbrella, flood, etc. New sales and referral business are the focus of the position. Candidates must have the desire to get better every day, be self-motivated, persistent in their desire to succeed, have strong interpersonal skills, be driven for success with strong sales aptitude, have the ability to work independently and be self-managing. It is required to have sales experience and be willing to obtain a Florida 2-20 insurance license immediately. We do not sell Life & Health. The position is for open for 1099 independent contractor candidates who will work off of commission only to drive new business sales and referrals. Work remotely with flexible time.
