The Importance of Responsiveness

How many times have you reached out to an insurance agency without hearing back promptly? How many times have you not heard back at all? At Park & Associates we know how frustrating this can be. Insurance is usually the last thing you want to deal with. And when you pair that with a lack of responsiveness, it is no wonder our industry gets such a bad reputation from time to time. As I was told when I first got into this industry, “if you want to be left alone at a cocktail party, simply say that you’re in insurance!”

While these impressions are not uncommon, it is our mission at Park & Associates to change that perception. One of the ways we are doing that is by guaranteeing a 3-business hour response time to any inquiry received from our clients to our office – regardless of how it came in. That does not always mean we will have an answer for you every time, but you will at least know that a real person hears your need and is working on it for you. If we miss this promise, you will hear directly from yours truly apologizing for the mistake. We take this very seriously.

Will this change the perception of our industry? Most likely not. But our hope is that this is a small step in the right direction towards our mission. So, give us a try. What’s the worst that could happen?
